Recently we introduced Promo RDP for our new users, but due to high traffic and computation needs the server has been facing some internal issue for a while now. Our team has been working round the clock to find and fix the issue. However, an estimated 48 hours of time has been given to get it normalized. Users who have signed up for the PROMO RDP will get it after it fixes.
We have stopped issuing new RDP servers as long as the issue exists. Feel free to reach out to us for any queries.
